DB Learning World is the central learning platform for our customers. Your employees can individually learn anytime and anywhere. With DB Learning World, DB Training provides you with a central learning platform for technical and interdisciplinary qualification topics. The goal: To implement learning more efficiently by means of e-learning, blended learning or performance-based learning, to better integrate employee qualifications into everyday work and to promote the individual development of every employee - anytime and anywhere from different devices. The focus is on self-directed learning. The learner-centered design supports our customers individually and goal oriented with a modern and intuitive interface to use courses and learning nuggets. In a gamification approach, points are collected during the courses and saved in a high score list. Users can anonymously compare themselves and playfully compete with each other. Currently the DB Lernwelt has 155,000 users with over 1,000 courses and learning nuggets.
